At home

A massage in your own living room

We bring everything except the room. You stay home, and we set up wherever you have space.

Most home visits are one person on one table. Your therapist arrives within the window you agreed, sets up in a few minutes, and works at the pressure you choose. Afterward you are home already, with nowhere to drive.

  • Sessions of 30 to 90 minutes

  • Evenings until 8, Monday to Saturday

  • Two tables for two people in one room

The visit

From the door to the last stroke

  1. 01

Step 1: Arrive and set up

Your therapist carries the table to the room you chose and makes it up with linens.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Talk it through

A short check on pressure and any area to avoid. We tell you how you will be covered.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The session

Work at the pressure you choose, one area uncovered at a time.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Rest

A few quiet minutes at the end before you get up.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Pack up

We fold the table, take the linens and leave the room as we found it.

In your home

Covered, consenting, in control

  • Covered

A sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part we are working on is uncovered.

  • Pressure

We ask before we start and check as we go. Lighter or firmer, just say.

  • Your call

You can pause, change position or end the session at any time. If the setting is not right for us, we may end the visit too.

  • Who should ask first

You are pregnant or unwell: ask your doctor or midwife before booking, and tell your therapist how far along you are.

What to wear and bring

Nothing special

  • Wear what is comfortable

Undress only as far as you like. Whatever you keep on, we work around.

  • Have water nearby

A glass of water for afterward, and a spot to leave your clothes.

  • Tell us about pets and stairs

A note when you book helps the therapist plan the carry.

About home visits

Which room works best?

Any room with a clear floor about the size of a single bed and space to walk around the table. A living room, a spare room or a bedroom all work.

Do you need a table or linens from me?

No. We bring the table, the linens and the oil or lotion. You bring the room.

Who will come?

One of our three licensed therapists. Tell us when you book if you prefer a woman or a man and we will match you where we can.

Choose a time, and we will come to you.

Evenings until 8, Monday to Saturday.
