First visit
Your first visit, step by step
Nothing to prepare except a room. A short intake comes first on the booking page, and the rest happens at your door.
The intake asks what we need to plan your session. We keep health questions out of messages and emails, so those stay on the booking page.

Four steps
From booking to the last stroke
- 01
Step 1: Book and answer the intake
Choose a length and a day on the booking page. The intake there goes only to you and your therapist.
- 02
Step 2: We arrive and set up
You will have a window for arrival. We set up the table in the room you chose.
- 03
Step 3: We check pressure and areas to avoid
Before we start we ask. We tell you how you will be covered, and step out while you get on the table.
- 04
Step 4: The session, then rest
Tell us to go lighter or firmer, or to stop, at any time. We stop right away.
Good to know
What to wear, what is covered, who should ask first
What to wear
Whatever is comfortable. Undress only as far as you like; we work around whatever you keep on.
What is covered
You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time, and only the part we are working on is uncovered.
Who should ask first
If you are pregnant or unwell, ask your doctor or midwife before booking, and tell your therapist how far along you are.
Choose a time for your first visit.
Evenings until 8, Monday to Saturday.
